Initiating a Return

- Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions

- Products must be unworn and unwashed.
- Products must be in their original package with all tags and labels attached.
- We check our products for stains or damage before shipping. If any stains or damage are found on the returned item, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund if it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Important Notes

- Returns are only accepted within the specified 7-day timeframe.
